Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we ship your wholesale orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the continental United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

Bulk & Freight Orders: For large wholesale orders requiring freight shipping, please contact us at info@msmretailllc.com or call 346-469-4203 for a custom shipping quote.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Please keep all original packaging materials and take photos of any damage for our records.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
